Assess the conformity of the concrete mixture used for the construction of wind turbine foundations in Seigneurie de Beaupré Wind Park

SIMCO’s scope of work was to assess the conformity of the concrete mixture used for the construction of the wind turbine bases in Seigneurie de Beaupré Wind Park. It was also necessary to determine the cause of anomalies observed during quality control testing.

Following a rigorous review of quality standards, a comprehensive analysis of specifications and a complete evaluation of the quality control test results, SIMCO was able to determine that the concrete mixture used was in fact compliant to required CSA quality standards and was not the cause of the anomalies observed.
